Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Flat rate shipping fee of Rs. 200/- applies to all orders. Free shipping is available for orders above Rs. 3,999/-.

  • We use a reliable courier service to deliver your orders nationwide within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Local deliveries are made during standard business hours (9 AM – 9 PM), Monday to Saturday.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status or you can ask tracking number from us through email or whatsapp .

Delivery Delays

  • Delays might occur due to high order volumes, courier backlogs, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes). We will communicate any significant delays via email or whatsapp.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items
