If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a replacement or adjustment by contacting our customer support team with proof of the issue.
In cases where a product is out of stock and the order was pre-paid via card, a refund may be issued. The amount will be directly transferred to the customer’s bank account
Refund Processing
